Schools Out Day (K-5): Nature's Pallet
This program aims to captivate young minds and ignite their curiosity about the vibrant world surrounding them. It begins with an engaging introduction, where students will discover the essential role colors play in the survival of both plants and animals. Through enjoyable and interactive activities, they will investigate how bright colors can signal danger, attract pollinators, or aid creatures in blending into their environments for camouflage. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to explore the process of creating natural dyes and will craft their very own colorful masterpieces!
